- "Know Your Worth" https://www.instagram.com/p/CJ6BkxUHdA-/?igsA personal project I have been working on. Knowing your worth is a tough mindset to achieve, especially during these uncertain times. We have been faced with endless fear which eventually strips away our confidence and self-esteem. Whether that's parenthood, student, practitioner, designer, whatever it is you identify yourself as, sometimes we get lost within our fears and develop negative thoughts. We start to lose ourselves. I wanted to create something simple yet showing the complexities of
- Self Portrait. Multimedia works exploring self.I thinks it's important that we celebrate ourselves. Never be afraid to self love and put yourself first. We need the balance of selflessness and self awareness. Don't be selfish but love yourself. Celebrate the struggles and the achievements you have gone through. This year has been a lot. Guys, let's appreciate the small things inside and out.
