I founded Rebel In Progress to help organisations uncover and support professional talent by developing with their inner rebel.
Rebellion is the ability to be authentic, creative, risk-taking and to challenge the status quo while leading, listening, experimenting and speaking the truth. I disrupt the traditional professional development space to bring rebellion to the core of your workforce's skillset.
Before embarking on my consultancy journey, I came from a corporate environment in the legal and banking industries, specifically within Financial Crime Compliance. I have worked for banks such as JPMorgan Chase, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank and I spent the majority of my career working between the City of London and Canary Wharf. I carried out financial crime investigations and delivered technical training programmes.
On the Rebel In Progress podcast, I explore topics such as:
- Leadership, entrepreneurship & the future of work
- Innovation, creativity & curiosity
- Company culture & emotional intelligence
Guests include speakers from Hoxby, Blinkist, Startups Magazine, Somnia (sleep experts), Banana Scoops, Oxford University and Escape the City, to name a few.
You can contact me for workshops and programmes for organisations and universities at rachel@rebelinprogress.com. I have experience of delivering workshops for the likes of HSBC and the University of Oxford.

Founder & Consultant - Rebel DevelopmentRebel In Progress

I founded Rebel In Progress to help organisations uncover and support professional talent by developing with their inner rebel. Rebellion is the ability to be authentic, assertive, creative and to challenge the status quo while leading, listening, experimenting and speaking the truth.
I disrupt the traditional professional development space to bring rebellion to the core of your workforce's skillset. It's my mission to socialise rebellion as an asset for women at work in order for companies to leverage this untapped resource and use it to their competitive advantage.
The benefits of rebellion are widely reported to increase staff engagement, morale, collaboration, contribution and creativity. Building an inclusive workplace is where different ideas and perspectives are celebrated and actualised into purpose and profit. Consequently, this approach also creates a larger talent pool for future executive and leadership appointments.
