  THE NEW CODE by Indigenoise Official Music VideoIt has been an incredible experience working alongside talented Byron Bay based hip-hop collective, Indigenoise. Their label, Hydrofunk records, is doing incredible work to empower and showcase local talent bursting with creativity and authenticity.

Hydrofunk records is an independent and socially conscious label which has had a strong influence in Australian hip-hop over the last two decades. They work alongside the Indigenous community and support Australian artists. I worked as an assistant to the manager, learning about the company strategy and operations. This included administration, data entry and analysis, liaising with artists and manufacturers, assisting on tour and during the filming of a music video. My project management, organisation, problem-solving and my written and spoken communication skills were vital during this position. It was an incredible experience and I hope to continue to pursue a career in the music industry.
