• Manage accounts, and create merchandise recommendations for clients
• Manage and build relationship with customers, brands and influencers
• Take a proactive approach in increasing account base
• Ensure all products are sent within the agreed time, satisfying customers’ needs
• Update and maintain workflow system (salesforce), log customer feedback, log and track return date
• Process invoices and ensure payment is received on time
• Attend and assist with company events
• Liaising with external agencies to source models for photoshoots
• Organise models, locations and photographers for styling shoots
• Creating theme/lookbooks for styling shoots
• Be on set for quarterly shoots, to provide guidance and brief studio team
• Work with graphic designer to makes changes to pictures and website
• Work with marketing to produce content for promotional material online.
• Contribute to meeting and exceeding targets by effectively selling
• Awareness of company sales figures and KPI targets
• Use seasonal brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interaction to ensure successful sales
