  • Account Manager for Mobile World Congress - largest Mobile Technology event in the world with 100,000 attendees and 2000 exhibitors. I managed a portfolio of over 130 accounts worth £4.2 million. Clients included Adobe, Shazam, Netcracker, HCL, Qorvo, Cavium and I consulted my clients and sent proposals for exhibition, advertising, sponsorship packages worth up to £200,000. I worked to targets which I exceed and successfully maintained strong client relationships.

  • Assistant Manager in a team of six. Dealing with customer services, orders, logistics and queries ranging from information on vintages and alternative wine varieties, price differentials and current discounts. A supplier of over 1500 different types of wine and spirits to customers throughout the UK and internationally including parts of India. Problem solving is a substantial part of this role, having to act promptly and make quick decisions efficiently. Liaising with an extensive team of customer facing wine representatives and senior directors on a daily basis, placing orders for them and processing credit notes and organising the delivery of wine to restaurants, events and hotels. Working very closely with stock controllers. The working environment is high pressured and high attention to detail is key. The need to remain calm and highly organised, at all times, to ensure maximum efficiency is extremely important.
