Rachelle has worked at early-stage start-ups, within high growth tech and at 2 of the largest advertising companies in the world: Omnicom Media Group and Publicis Groupe. Rachelle is an experienced business development and client management professional and has won global pitches for renowned brands and driven commercial growth for businesses in various sectors. A true champion of diversity with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset for both the workplace and personal growth.
Underwhelming management and leadership experiences led her to explore how to take control of her life and career success, and she pursued learning and development opportunities outside of work. Coaching found her! It was through coaching that her purpose was actualised - to work with others to motivate, empower and inspire them to thrive within the workplace and become the next generation of leaders. Rachelle became an ICF-trained Professional Coach and established her coaching business in 2018. January 2020 saw a rebrand of her coaching business and WYLD Coaching was born.
