Innovation is the key for growth and development in every aspect. Einstein said:
“Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them.”
Often I see products or services which could be innovated and this approach is the basics of problem-solving. New User Experience and Innovative Product Design and are the most desirable activities from my career. I set my self a goal to follow this career path 6 years ago and since then I have passed through different cities, countries, two universities and many more. I want to do this profession in my life.
Projects
- 7,5 m out-board engine yachtNo amount of words I can say about this project will be enough. This is my bachelor graduation thesis. My folder with research, pictures and photos is 11, 3 GB. I have been to 2 yacht expos and I have seen the real manufacturing process. I have even sailed on one special yacht. In this project I was working with two of my colleagues from the Technical University. My part of the project was the yacht exterior and the stairs between the different levels. In this project I confronted problems which I have never experienced before. In the project every solution, every line had its own place and reason. The main purpose in this yacht is: rationalization of every inch of the product, providing comfort to every person on board, and of course aesthetics in forms, shapes and lines.
- Stand XStandX is a stand for laptops and notebooks. It will be made of Extended polystyrene (EPS). This material is light, portable and cheap. Why “X”? X-construction is stable and X shapes provoke association with quickness. The product is targeted at young people who play games. The main reason for the laptop overheating is the poor ventilation. You can see a graphic of a laptop area that is overheating. The shape is a result from user exploitation. StandX has only three contact points which allows far better ventilation than a standard laptop position on a desk.

Awards
The Initial Seed business winner
The Enterprise Fund has been launched to support students with innovative and viable business ideas. Financial awards and mentoring support will be provided to students judged to have enterprising ideas, a clearly identified market gap and scalability.
Financial awards will be granted following the completion of an application form, demonstrating proof of concept and proof of market, and a formal presentation to a judging panel.
Who is it for?
The Enterprise Fund provides funding to business start-ups and social enterprises subject to terms and conditions. To be eligible for the Enterprise Fund you must meet all of the following criteria:
UH students and alumni (graduated within 3 years)
UK based businesses
Not yet trading or trading for no more than 18 months
Funding for Business Start-ups
Business Start-ups can apply for two types of funding:
1) The Initial Seed Fund
Up to £500 will be available as an initial seed fund to support pre-trading activities. The funding assists early stage development of ideas with commercial potential and helps such ventures make the transition into business start-ups.
2) The Initial Seed Fund
Up to £2000 will be available to newly trading start-ups to fund further development and growth activities.

Flare is the University of Hertfordshire's competition to help students and alumni launch new businesses or come up with an innovative idea.
It offers budding entrepreneurs support and training in areas such as writing a business proposal and offers prize money to help bring ideas to life.
Cash prizes are up for grabs, plus help and support to bring your idea into reality.
In addition, all Round 3 finalists will receive one year's membership to the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce.
