  • Started as a Community Support Agent, using Zendesk and Ops Tool to handle queries from the Depop community via the app e.g. Bugs, Abuse, Live Chat, FAQs, etc. I then crossed over to the Seller Development team to work as a Seller Development agent. Here I covered many areas dealing with Depop's global list of sellers and helping them grow and sustain their Depop shops. I mainly focus on managing and identifying areas we can scale and develop low volume sellers to mid-tier and eventually top sellers using our metric funnel structure, Seller handbook and other tools.

  • I am passionate about finding my place in the creative industries and confident in my skills, specifically coming up with ideas, content creation/planning and strategy for the advertising and/or music industry. I am currently working in digital marketing, content creation and planning for ERIC Festival, a revolutionary and reimagined/alternative careers fair aimed at young people age 16 to 25 who want the chance to step inside the world of the creative industries and opportunities/options available. At ERIC, I've gained fantastic levels of experience in content creation, creative marketing, face-to-face time with partners and clients and generally working as a team. My content was so well received by their audience, that I'm now in charge of ERIC's weekly newsletter, which goes out to their database of over 10,000 young people - a big responsibility, but one I've taken on successfully.
