As the Creative Director, I am in charge of managing the content production, the conceptualization processes, the photography shootings, and the audiovisual productions. Within the range of my responsibilities, there is;
* Creating an environment for the creative team to work and supervising ideas and projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines, getting approval and ultimately presenting the project to the clients.
* Defining the production standard throughout the agency.
* Developing ideas for advertising campaigns.
* Creating and developing concepts for clients.
