Assisted the Operations managers with the creation of the business and petrol station in East Africa, working remotely as a result of COVID-19. I was in charge of ordering samples and communications with distribution and sales teams of leading Lubricant and Coolant companies. This active collaborations allowed for an understanding of product and brands thus allowing me to recommend product that would cater to the customer. I utilised my Excel skills to streamline and digitalise order forms and Balance sheets and create data that illuminated areas of inefficiency.
