    In this role, I am leading the agency clients’ digital strategies and performance across various industries (Fintech, eCommerce, luxury fashion brands, entertainment, food, utilities etc.), channels (PPC, programmatic, SEO, content, social) and verticals (user & customer profiling, tracking and attribution modelling). I have also on-boarded new clients and expanded existing ones, exceeding revenue and efficiency targets through the development of data-driven strategies, roadmaps and multi-faceted optimisations to boost performance. On top of performance, I support the accounts’ strategic marketing direction, through new activities or from conception to implementation. My key achievements: - Developed a key account rebrand strategy - following its merger with a blue-chip company- on various verticals and channels and ensured all accounts’ alignment to strategy and targets. - Structuring, training and up-skilling a team of 6, I have helped them automate reporting, structure & prioritise tasks and improve client presentation skills. This has led to a shift of key focus from a reactive-based approach with an important proportion of repetitive tasks to more strategic thinking and autonomy overall.

    Shopcade, a social shopping app/platform was acquired by Lagardere Active Group (owning ELLE and Public.fr) to commercialise content and build fashion, beauty and lifestyle eCommerce marketplaces for each of the magazines. During my experience, I have launched the marketplaces from scratch; from the positioning and offer strategy, target personas definition to actually building all acquisition and retention channels. This has led to a steady 60% sales volume growth month-on-month and a strong customer base. In this role, I showed my ability to build and develop multi-functional teams (marketing and Data Science) while liaising with internal and external stakeholders, across geographies in a matrix structured organisation. On a more tactical and organisational perspective, my key achievements was to implement management tools and processes that facilitated communication between teams and departments, aligning objectives and priorities across the board.
