About me
Born as the younger sibling to a sister and son of a social worker and a gardener on april 30th 1987 in Olten, Switzerland, Raphael discovered his natural talent for creative subjects such as drawing and painting at an early age. During the 3-year apprenticeship in graphic design, he tended to be more and more interested in advertising concepts rather than just designing. Following his education he spent the next 10 years working for several well-known advertising agencies in Switzerland during which he continuously improved his skills as a professional. Thanks to further training at the art directors club ad school in Switzerland, workshops about creative concepts in advertising at the art directors club Germany in Hamburg and about motion design at the school for design in Zurich, a contemporary grasp of advertising complemented his existing abilities. Raphael worked on teams, which were mainly responsible for the development of various print and digital concepts for national and international clients. He successfully directed the creation of visual assets with external resources such as photographers, illustrators and agencies. He assigned photographers and illustrators, directed shoots and coordinated with stylists and producers. Some of Raphaels works have even been honored with several national and international awards. The best-known clients he worked for are Jeep, Opel, UBS, Credit Suisse, Oakley, Swiss International Airlines, Nestlé, Salt, Orange, Sunrise, Coop, Feldschlösschen, Orell Füssli and FC Basel 1893.

    ZWECK. Die Kreativschule will helfen, fähigen Nachwuchsleuten aus den Bereichen Text und Art das notwendige theoretische und praktische Rüstzeug zu vermitteln. Die Kreativschule baut auf einer vorhandenen Basisausbildung und natürlichen Talenten der Schüler auf und versteht sich nur als Teil der Ausbildung. Sie kann und will die praktische Förderung in der Agentur durch einen erfahrenen Kreativen nicht ersetzen. METHODIK. Massgebend für die Struktur des Lehrganges sind die Themenblöcke, die einem natürlichen Arbeitsablauf in einer Agentur nachempfunden sind. Das Schulkonzept wurde durch die Erfahrungen der letzten Kurse laufend weiterentwickelt. In jeden Kurs wird ein praxisbezogener Fall integriert. An diesem sollen die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse aus den einzelnen Themenblöcken angewendet und umgesetzt werden. Die Rechte an der Umsetzung bleiben bei der ADC/BSW-Kreativschule.
