RESPONSIBILITIES ? Create online marketing & advertising plans including: Content & engagement strategy, Social media engagement and Email marketing campaigns to drive traffic growth and ROI. ? Increase artist and label brand audience development of social networks and email database growth. ? Provide and report to label manager, with insightful analytic reports of marketing campaigns results. ? Work directly with external advertising companies (7stars) and social networks, (Facebook, Twitters etc) advertising reps to felicitate impactful digital and print press advertising campaigns. ? Work with the marketing and press team to plan online ad campaigns, creating, developing and maintaining relationships with key digital partners, securing key promotional placements.
RESPONSIBILITIES ? Manage / grow artist’s and record label brand social media channels (primarily Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and email database) ? Create advertising campaigns within Facebook Ad Manager tool and Twitter ads platform to drive ROI and social awareness growth. ? Manage and upload label releases to the YouTube’s content ID management system. ? Provide complete merchandise fulfilment for the labels brand. Including: Sourcing blank items, print manufacturer, distribution, marketing and sales strategy. ? Obtain impactful press placements for artist’s releases across a wide array of website, blogs and networks. ? Maintain receptive database of video directors and contact with briefs for music videos treatments. ? Maintain relationships with radio DJ’s at the BBC network, Kiss FM and Capital to pitch releases for support and playlists.
? Assist the label manager to plan social media schedules ahead of release campaigns. ? Create and edit html newsletter templates in Adobe Dreamweaver, and send out via company’s email database. ? Update and produce news articles on main label website. ? Help to drive online fan base traffic and growth with web related campaigns. ? Create audio and visual content for use across multiple social network sites. ? Support all aspects of event management / organisation. Including: sourcing artwork design, booking artist’s, promotion and supervising at events. ? Maintaining the growth and running of the record labels club and radio DJ promo mailing list. ? Communicate with artists on a daily basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES ? Sole responsibility as a key holder was to manage the record store, assuring it opened and closed on time. ? Stock counts and order weekly. ? Serve and advise customers on the extensive music on offer. ? Promote the store via social media and email marketing. ? Pick and pack Internet orders for shipping. ?
