About me
I am a driven and motivated individual within a General Manager capacity. At present I oversee all 9 UK studios as General Manager for Barry’s Bootcamp, a global boutique fitness brand with 200 UK based employees. I have proven my ability to build and motivate dynamic teams of up to 30 front and back of house staff and have supported the business increase from 6 studios to 9 studios in 3 years. I recognize the importance of building strong communities and confidence in meeting the clients needs.
I directly manage 8 Studio Managers + a senior studio manager and 1 Facilities Manager whereby I lead on communicating the organisational strategy as well as individual studio targets and objectives. I work well in a high pressure and fast paced environment as this utilises my communication and organisational skills on a daily basis.
