About me
Since completing my degree in Art History at Goldsmiths, University of London, I have worked in a multitude of assistant roles. My most recent role engaged me in the research and curation of academic conferences along side my PA responsibilities to the director. This position was extremely demanding, fast pace and it has been the most rewarding role - my joy comes from providing excellent personal and administrative support whilst being submerged and stimulated by new ideas and research. This role stood out as I am seeking to dedicate myself to a challenging role within a dynamic and important institution. I am an ambitious, organised and trustworthy professional with experience providing comprehensive administrative and personal support, I am a confident manager of databases and event booking with excellent written and oral communication skills. Including complex email, schedule and calendar management, I have sharp and efficient organisational skills and thrive in a busy and fast paced environment. From the diversity of my previous roles I have accumulated a strong skill set and I believe I will be a valuable asset to you. I have a positive can-do attitude, fully embrace new challenges and will always get stuck into doing whatever is needed. As well as being administrative and customer focused, my roles have often been physically demanding; because of this I like to keep fit and meditate which enables me to keep a clear and focused mindset. I work exceptionally well under pressure and enjoy problem solving. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe with advanced skills in Excel, Powerpoint and InDesign. I regularly attend talks, exhibitions and screenings and like to keep up to date with emerging artists and trends. I have previously organised academic conferences, charity dinners and monthly art exhibitions. I have included the link to the show ‘Objects of Desire’ which I helped curate and to the latest project which I have been involved in.  http://ap-art.co.uk/exhibitions/objects-of-desire-may-18th-july-9th-2017/ https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/sep/24/art-installation-of-replica-berlin-wall-rejected-by-city-authorities
