My role as an assistant manager requires me to be knowledgeable of, and to follow all policies in company including but not limited to: store Operations and Human Resources compliance, Loss Prevention and Store Audit Standards.
Furthermore I play a vital part in personnel management: managing schedules, budgets, recruitment interviews ensuring seamless integration of new employees.
I have been responsible for implementing new training strategies which have streamlined recruitment processes. The aimed to ensure a more seamless integration of new employees. As a result, our part-time employee turnover for the following quarter improved.
