• Account Management: Theatre and Arts account manager allowing me to create strong long-term relationships with some of our top clients and suppliers.
• Social Media Marketing: Run the company social media, including the DTB Company and Group pages on LinkedIn, as well as the Twitter and Facebook pages.
• Content Development: Website content for the main pages on DTB website and the DTB blog to optimize SEO.
• Online Marketing Tools: Sound understanding of Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Google+, social media management platforms including Hootsuite, and some email marketing platforms.
• Display Advertising: Created banners for LinkedIn and company signatures, as well as an advertisement on a website serving hospitality agents in both the UK and Europe.
• Website Management: Keeping the website up to date with products and events, working with an outside agency on the design of the website.
• Event Planning: Helping clients organise their events eg Christmas/Summer parties, from budgeting and proposals, to working with venues to create the ideal event for the client.
DTB has given me opportunities to attend social media seminars, which strengthened my understanding of how to grow our audience on all platforms.
I am responsible for online marketing such as updating the website, creating e-shots and marketing collateral, as well as delivering content and blogs for the website to optimize SEO. This has given me a sound understanding of online marketing tools and software, as well as CMS systems and email-marketing platforms.
