I am a friendly, personable, imaginative coordinator, working towards a long-term goal of creative project management. I have five years’ experience in the events industry, ranging from corporate and private catering to large scale international exhibitions.
I have proved myself as an extremely capable and resourceful project coordinator with experience in planning, production and operational logistics. I am seeking a new role to develop my skillset within a progressive and stimulating working environment.

I worked within a small project team to deliver three large scale annual exhibitions including London at MIPIM; which took 500 companies & 1500+ delegates to represent London on a global stage to a footfall of 26,000 key industry players. My key accountabilities included:
• Client Delivery: I created and managed the teams’ revenue and client delivery Google-sheets for each event. I was also responsible for the team project timeline and worked to tight project deadlines.
• Logistics: I liaised with UK and international sponsors to organise the shipping and installation of models, AV and collateral to Cannes, taking care to manage their needs and expectations.
• Printed Collateral: I led the production of collateral including the programme, merchandise, screen content and exhibition guides. For the guide I copy-edited, proofed and liaised with an external designer as well as curating content from 500+ clients.
• Data Analysis & CRM System: I was responsible for the ongoing analysis of sales figures as well as post event analysis of industry attendees before tagging all data for Hubspot.
• Delegate Registration: Processing all registrations, invoicing, auditing and communicating with external stakeholders regarding VIP’s, cancellations and amendments.
• Marketing/Social Media: I created and managed the tracking of tiered marketing deliverables as additional value for clients. I was also GDPR lead on our MailChimp database project.

I coordinated events for the contracted caterer, working closely with the internal diplomatic events team. I organised high profile corporate events ranging from canapé receptions to fundraising galas. I oversaw all catering aspects of the events, delivering to budget & ensuring financial targets were met. Responsibilities included:
• Planning & budgeting events, including catering logistics & managing event timelines, as well as décor, florals, staffing, equipment hire, menu’s & place cards.
• Liaising with Canadian external clients working on B2B events and the internal governmental stakeholders.
