Responsible for the strategic direction and growth of trnd Ltd. Deeply involved in the strategic development of the wider trnd Group in both client service and acting Marketing Director capacities.
- Ideated, crafted and executed a multi-discipline UK market growth strategy, encompassing sales (new/retained business), operations and marketing (B2B & B2C) strategies (first of its kind within agency)
- Co-led global trnd brand re-positioning project from initial research through to delivery.
- Designed and established the agency’s first B2B & B2C content strategy, executed across multiple channels, to multiple audiences in multiple markets.
- Masterminded community acquisition (and retention) campaign that saw active members increase from 10k to 50k in x3 months.
- Published provoking, often bold thought leadership pieces in key titles; Huffington Post, The Wall etc.
- Internationally recognised as unofficial agency go to and ‘pitch-doctor’ for all branded communication pieces from white papers and speeches to client presentations.
- Pitched for and launched trnd Ltd. as standalone entity in the UK (previously white label only operation), increasing client rosta from 1(P&G – 10+ brands) to x 7.
- Secured inclusion in annual marketing planning processes within key account (P&G), gaining access/exposure to all brands for first time, increasing UK remit to cover Northern Europe and achieving business growth.
