  • Head of Marketing & Brand Communications Exterion Media, Europe’s largest privately owned Out-of-Home (OOH) media company Reporting into the Marketing & Commercial Strategy Director Promoted to head up the National & Local UK Marketing teams, along with Brand Communications. In this role I manage a team of 13 across National Marketing, Local Marketing, Brand, PR, Digital and Photography, planning and delivering a Marketing Plan aligned with overarching business objectives. Achievements: • Led the introduction and subsequent governance of the ROI-driven Marketing Plan across Marketing, Brand Communications, Research and Insights. • Led the communications and marketing for the Hello London brand launch, a ground-breaking partnership between Exterion Media and Transport for London (TfL). • Secured multiple marketing and communications strategic and creative sponsorship deals, including Guardian Changing Media Summit, Financial Times Media Summit and Media 360. • Leading the marketing and communications behind the company’s journey to becoming a Digital Media Company powered by data.   • Head of Brand Communications, Exterion Media Reporting into the Managing Director Responsible for a team of six across Brand, PR, Digital and Photography. Responsibilities included core brand and communications management, digital strategy, photography and videography alongside UK and European culture and values. Achievements: • Led the winning internal/external award communication strategy for the TfL Advertising concession – the world’s largest OOH advertising contract including London Underground, London Overground and Crossrail. • Activated multiple communications campaigns, including a Haymarket Future of Data Roundtable, Event Partnerships (Lovebox, Ad Week Europe, Festival of Marketing, Ad Tech, Guardian Changing Media Summit, Transported by Design) and thought leadership programme. • Led the introduction of business-wide EM Brand Guidelines, brand approvals process, and a brand-led core communications messaging platform.
