Responsibilities: - Line management of a team of six across Brand, PR, Comms, Online and Photography. - Full budget and strategic management of above channels. - Member of the UK Leadership Team, providing governance and collaborating with teams across the business to lead and deliver projects. - Leading Exterion Media brand communications strategy (internal and external) across UK and Group, focused on key brand “moments” in line with business strategy. - Leading Exterion Media Culture & Values across UK and Europe. - Full management of external agencies across all managed channels – Media, Creative, PR. - Developing, managing and delivering online strategy including online platform development, lead generation and leverage of digital marketing technologies. Achievements: • Led the winning internal/external award communication strategy for the Transport for London Rail Advertising concession – the world’s largest Out-of-Home advertising contract including London Underground, London Overground and Crossrail. • Activated multiple Brand and Comms strategic moments, including a Haymarket “Future of Data” Roundtable, Event Partnerships (Lovebox, Ad Week Europe, Festival of Marketing, Ad Tech, Guardian Changing Media Summit, Transported by Design) and thought leadership programme. • Led the introduction of business-wide EM Brand Guidelines, brand approvals process, and a brand-led core communications messaging platform.
