Produced copy for radio presenters during the news hour. I ensured that the relevant information was included and informs the presenter how long each interview clip would be. Interviewing members of the public and authority was a task that I accomplished daily. I would also present shows with colleagues, while interacting with the listeners through talking points.
I’ve liaise directly with the public by showing them around the university, answering their questions about what it is like to be a student and informing them about the various courses the university offers. As a team we were the first people guests would meet, thus meaning we would have the responsibility for representing the university. I also ensured that my customer service skills were excellent as I would be providing accurate information about the University from a student perspective, directing visitors and giving them relevant knowledge of Northampton University and its facilities.
