Freelance writer of proficiency tests for Japanese students of English known as EIKEN.
EIKEN is the leading testing body of English in Japan backed by the Japanese Department of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
I’m currently writing modules for exam papers ranging from EIKEN levels 5-1, beginner to intermediate. The exam papers contain both short questions designed to test understanding of grammar and vocabulary and long form comprehension questions where students answer several questions on a single topic.
Additional responsibilities include occasional Japanese to English translation.
