I executed and lead on all events throughout EMEA and supported APAC & NAM to grow our new business and customer funnels. From my time here I have doubled the EMEA event program with a 10% budget increase, produced the first global gathering for our partner community and I Worked closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that all messaging is consistent and that our brand and value proposition was effectively represented.
● End-to-end execution of events: this included all elements in creating the best experience for attendees but not limited to directing and coordinating technical and production aspects, securing space, rental equipment, catering needs, owning the budget and ensuring a direct ROI.
● Directed all event communications, working closely with field marketing, online marketing and sales to maximise pre-event promotional opportunities & post-event follow-up.
● Ownership of the overall EMEA events budget and the Partner program events budget equating to approx. $1,000,000
