About me
I founded Same Shit Different Brain, a mental health community aiming to help people feel less alone and amplify voices through mental health stories. I create and host real-life and online events and podcasts, creating safe spaces for people to connect on a human level. I am also trained in breathwork, which I bring to these spaces in order to help people feel grounded with themselves and to better connect and support each other.
I am also an experienced content marketing / copywriting and SEO specialist, with a background in journalism. My career has spanned a range of industries, both in-house and agency-side, including mental healthcare, fashion, entertainment, gaming and insurance. Former Spain expat, working abroad for several years as a copywriter and founding my own team.
