  • Content Generation Develop a multichannel digital marketing plan, ensuring it is in line with the overall marketing strategy. Manage in-house content production, working with freelance writers to produce content such as; blogs, white papers, press releases, webinars and info-graphics. Brief Freedman's in-house studio and freelancers to create engaging videos, HTML emails and presentations. Other general PR and marketing activities such as award submissions and writing articles for The Guardian. Marketing Management Publish all content to the Freedman website using Modx CMS. Project manage web developers in India to optimise the Freedman website for Search, Mobile and UX. Sugar CRM and Act-On system admin and liaison, including set up and management of an automated email strategy. Contribute to social media marketing and implementation including setting monthly targets for Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn and managing the Marketing Interns to help them achieve targets. Reporting Use Google Analytics, Sugar CRM and Act-On to analyse and monitor the acquisition of traffic generated by all marketing activities to present to internal stakeholders at monthly Sales and Marketing meetings.
