Sales Advisor & Key Holder
Part time role, taken whilst studying and pursuing my professional career on the side.
Meeting and greeting guests and meeting the companies 100% happiness policy, sales of products, helping guests in any way possible, having knowledge of chocolate, dietary requirements and ethics in order to answer any questions that are asked. Working as part of a team. Being aware of sales targets and completing till transactions. Also replenishing stock when needs be and making sure the shop floor is clean and tidy. My role also includes cashing up and banking the tills, counting change float and closing and open the store whilst being responsible for sales advisors and the store when I'm duty manager.
Production Assistant

Gathering interviewees, collating paperwork and getting required information such as release forms, use of camera equipment, use of sound equipment, organising crew members and editing.
