As an associate, I had two key areas of responsibility within Adrem: architectural recruitment and digital marketing.
In my role as an architectural recruitment consultant, I worked closely with clients to understand their needs and identify top-tier industry talent that aligns with their goals and culture. I use a holistic approach to recruitment that considers the experience and goals of each individual throughout the process, ensuring that I find the perfect match for both employers and candidates. I work with globally recognised studios, developers, and client-side employers, and am committed to staying up-to-date on the latest market trends to provide the best possible service.
I focus on providing an exceptional experience for candidates from initial contact through to the final stages of the hiring process. I work closely with each candidate to understand their experience and goals, and provide tailored interview preparation and advice to help them succeed. I also provide guidance on how to hand in their notice at a current job, and can offer support throughout the transition to their new role.
In addition to my work as a recruitment consultant, I also managed the company's digital marketing efforts. I ran training workshops for internal staff, created digital assets and templates, developed and managed digital campaigns, analysed and presented data, and led digital marketing strategy. I was committed to staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies to ensure that the online presence was effective and engaging.
I am passionate about supporting the architectural industry as a whole, and regularly hosted workshops and presentations at universities across the country to help aspiring architects and designers prepare for entry into the industry.
