Responsibilities • I manage and coach new starters & less experienced staff on company policy, procedures and expectations. • Ensuring that myself and the team meet and Exceed K.P.I’s and targets that are set by managers and directors from Head Office. • Consistently maintaining the high standards of the store and leading by example • Responsible for deployment plans, team briefings and schedules. • Demonstrating a positive attitude in the work place. • Monitoring department sales through out the day & actively figuring out ways to improve the average spend per transaction. Achievements I was hired as a senior sales advisor and since working here I have had a positive input. I consistently lead by example and I encourage my colleagues to go further for the brand. Whilst being here I have gained more experience in scheduling and deployment plans. River Island selected me to be a part of their new gender and equality campaign for spring 2018. The creative team allowed me to express my views and opinions on their choice of typography, slogans, race and diversity. The opportunity also gave me an insight to copywriting and campaign planning. You can view the new campaign by visiting the stores.
