Although I formally started out in the Finnish TV industry back in 2007, I had been dipping my toes in the dangerous waters of filmmaking several years prior. As an impressionable 12 year old, I just couldn't resist the siren call of Windows Movie Maker. From there, the addictive substances only grew stronger. First Final Cut Express, then Final Cut Pro...
I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Film and Television Production from Cambridge School of Art in 2013 with a first because, you guessed it, I practically devoured that course. University pushed me creatively and entrepreneurially. In a film-induced frenzy, I went and co-founded a production company and ran it for a few years just to get the kicks.
And here we are, in 2020, with no end in sight for my strange obsession despite the world falling apart around us.
I live and breathe moving image and love it in all its shapes and forms, from instastories to arthouse cinema, from YouTube to Netflix. This is the world I grew up in, and the best part is I find out something new and exciting in it every day.
I have a full editing suite at my media studio in Cambridge and the ability to travel anywhere in and outside the UK.
And yes - that is a vegan burger between two fried doughnuts in my profile picture. It was called 'Donut Have a Cow, Man'. It was delicious. And hilarious.

- Kinema - In Walks YouStuck in quarantine, the plan was to make a music video with vintage cartoons (that are in the public domain), old personal footage & green screen without leaving the flat once. We did it! The video is intentionally in portrait mode to maximise your mobile phone viewing pleasure.
