About me
I ran a clothing brand from 15-21 and I managed every department, following that for three years I have been running an agency helping scale small businesses from £5k a month in revenue to £20k+ in revenue. I've spent the last year at a £3Million business. I contributed £1.5million to their revenue last year. I have seen every stage and size of how a startup works. I have empathy for the need to scale but also why cash flow is oxygen. Over the past 12 months, my current position is the Digital Marketer for a hyper-growth FMCG startup based in London. The role focused heavily on client acquisition and overall business growth through paid advertising channels. I managed a budget of £300,000 and generated £1,200,000 in revenue for our brand Love Yourself Meals. This averaged in a 4x return on ad spend month-to-month. The role involved a multi-channel approach for acquiring new customers, and because of this, the marketing budget was spread across: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Pinterest, and Bing. Within this role, I worked directly under the Head of Marketing and the CEO, and would then delegate and manage responsibilities to our Social Media Manager, Content Manager, and freelancers and external agencies who managed particular aspects of our marketing mix. New customers, Revenue growth, and a consistent ROAS were the benchmarks I was held to whilst being in this position. I helped the company grow 80% year on year and brought in 4,620 new customers - year to date.
