👋 Hi, my name is Reka! I would describe myself as an experience-hungry creative with an analytical side and great excitement for all things media and storytelling.
🎓 I am a recent Lancaster University grad with a Master of Arts Degree in Media and Cultural Studies.
📍I was born and raised in Budapest but I am now based in Manchester. Moving to the UK when I started my Undergraduate Degree was one of the best yet most challenging decisions I have made in my life so far.
💻 Alongside my studies, I volunteered as a Social Media Specialist for a non-profit ethical fashion brand. I also had two part-time jobs with my university's Careers Service. Balancing part-time work with academic responsibilities thought me how to prioritise tasks and effectively organise and manage my time.
💼 I am currently working in Manchester as a Marketing Executive for Myprotein Hungary at THG.
🏃♀️ In my free time, I enjoy running, which became part of my routine after completing the ‘Couch to 5k’ challenge. I consider myself a real coffee enthusiast since my first ever job as a barista.
