Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations ensuring that all equipment required for hire is included.
• Manage ‘Booking’ in line with customer expectations and current production schedules.
• Liaise with internal staff as necessary e .g. obtaining advice on specific equipment.
• Ensure that all records are completed and maintained.
• Involvement in daily handover and other shared communication activities.
• Mentor and manage Junior Bookings Co-Ordinator.
• Ensure relevant knowledge and skills are maintained e .g. by attending demonstrations or training as required.
