So much in fact, that my work has been recognised with more than 30 awards and honours for creativity, and effectiveness as well. However, for me, creativity goes beyond the walls of the creative department. For instance, I’ve founded the International Creative Conference Design Overview In Tirana and Creative Week Tirana. Currently working for Ford of Europe across multiple integrated briefs for 20+ markets. I lead projects from ideation to production, collaborating with creatives, designers, producers, data specialists, strategists, developers and clients. I also mentor junior teams, give creative direction and constructive feedback.
My ambition to become a better creative and my curiosity for the world drove me to quit my well-established job (and life), step out of my comfort zone and move to London. Freelancing was very rewarding as I had the opportunity to explore the unique culture of legendary agencies like BBH and get involved in a diverse range of projects for Heineken Global, Ford, most importantly, win the global pitch for the IOC - Winter Olympics 2018.
I led the transformation of Ogilvy Albania to a fully integrated agency. Leading and mentoring the creative teams, generating ideas and strategic thinking for integrated campaigns – successfully led the launch of Deutsche Telekom in Albania.
