Once they selected their hair colour, the whole site changed colour

Design lead for FIND's new digital experience - A global non-profit organisation delivering scientific innovations and access to healthcare in low and middle-income countries. Collaborating closely and aligning with cross-discipline teams through the process, presenting and influencing senior stakeholders.
Deliverables included journey- mapping, wireframing and co-designing high-fidelity visuals with a UI designer, leading on the creation of components. The site also required new information architecture which was tested with users, and iterated based on results and feedback
DGS-led discovery phase, service design blueprints and a working prototype were delivered for the alpha-phase of a DHSC NHS project automating hospital fault reporting - which progressed to beta. Collaborated closely with developers, analysts and product managers in an agile manner.
