I’m Rexx DeMarzio, an illustrator, graphic designer, and owner of Foxface Design LLC. I make mid century inspired art and design for the minimalist, maximalist, and everything inbetweenist. When I’m not making cool stuff on my computer, you can find me playing video games, hanging out with my pets, hitting up antique stores, or slowly bringing my Streng Bros home back to its former glory.

- Terra Linda Eichler Home Plaques and MapsSeparated into 2 sections, Terra Linda North and South, this development is massive. It contains about 900 Eichler Homes built by Anshen + Allen and Jones + Emmons between 1955 and 1961. For this project, I created a historic home plaque for each area, as well as 3 separate MCM neighborhood maps. Again, all of these are fully customizable. You can choose whatever colors, sizes, logos, etc. you want. Just send me a message or email (info@foxface.design) to get started.
- Revised House Exterior Icon SetAfter receiving a lot of positive response on my House Exterior icon set last week, I decided to put it up for sale on a couple of online platforms. To make it more salable, I knew it had to be simplified, and some of the icons would have to be excluded. So, here is the revised set. Let me know what you think! - House exterior icon setThis is a set of 25 icons I just finished making, which each feature a different architectural style. Given that my background before graphic design was in the construction and interior design fields, I wanted to create something that could be used by people in those industries, as well as real estate professionals, and pretty much anybody that likes houses.
- Coleman Institute CollateralThis is a full set of brand collateral pieces for a university that teaches courses geared toward science, tech, and environmental studies, called Coleman Institute. While home plaques - even historic ones – are nothing new, there really aren’t very many out there for mid century homes. - Wildflower East and West minimalist MCM neighborhood mapsFor my last set of MCM neighborhood maps in this series, I chose 2 more Streng Bros. Homes communities: Wildflower East and Wildflower West in Carmichael. I’ve had the pleasure of touring a few of these homes, including one that was featured in Atomic Ranch magazine a few years ago.1
- River College Square neighborhood mapThis MCM neighborhood map is for another cool Streng Bros. Homes community full of halfplexes in Sacramento – River College Square. I designed a custom logo for this one that shows the large tree that sits near the entrance to the community near their pool and recreation area. It’s actually one of a handful of heritage oaks they have that date back hundreds of years.2
- MCM neighborhood map - River City CommonsHere is another MCM neighborhood map I just completed. This one is for the River City Commons community in Sacramento. It’s a pretty large development of mostly Streng Bros. halfplexes built between 1979 and 1981. For this one I used the RCCA logo, which again is just a placeholder to show another potential option you can request on these.2
