Responsible for the planning, management and delivery of Red magazine's flagship event Red Smart Women Week, taking place 2-5 October 2019. My remit for this event has included managing and refining the budget, liaising with the editorial team and all speakers engaged for the event, managing the launch party guest list including managing transport for key celebrities attending. Looking after all logistical details for the event, as well as managing junior members of staff in the lead up to the event and onsite. Working with event sponsors and ensuring their KPIs are met whilst ensuring all event activity sits cohesively under the Red brand.
