Hello, my name is Rhianne. I am a bubbly, outgoing young entrepreneur looking for a career in the creative digital world. I am a photographer starting up my own part-time business within the industry, apart from this I have an interest and a passion for digital marketing and social media. Being and entrepreneur from a young age I have learned a lot about digital marketing from SEO, to google ads, PPC, Adsense, Google console, Adwords, social media ads, plus much more. I also have knowledge on eCommerce, as I am a Shopify and Wix partner and so I build and sell eCommcerce sites. To further my knowledge I am completing the online Google Digital Marketing course. I have also completed The Princes Trust Enterprise programme where I received an award for completing the course which covered marketing, finance and business management. This is a temporary agency position due to end on the 17th April I am the office coordinator, I cover general admin and ad hoc duties such as booking meeting rooms, sorting post, filing, archiving, creating spreadsheets and word documents. Scanning, emailing and answering the phones.
I am a freelance photographer, I have done a wide variety of photography such as eCommerce, product, family, portrait and headshots. I am now specialising in Event photography where I am starting up my new business. I can edit in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, I have all my own equipment including a portable studio.
I saw between 8-15 clients daily face-to-face with no supervision. I provided detailed information on photographic packages, set up payment plans, monitored accounts and sales figures, took large payments and used specialised CRM systems and Microsoft access.
I conducted check-in’s, check-outs and inspections of properties. I liaised with tenants, agents and landlords daily, giving up-to-date and accurate information on the property. Administration duties such as writing reports, data entry, and use of a Dictaphone with clear dictations on the properties conditions.
I directed and engaged with customers of all ages from babies to the elderly whilst taking pictures. I was up-selling photo packages and merchandise to customers and taking payments.
Register and record charge, discharges and transfers on the title register. Liaise with Solicitors/ stakeholders & handle legal documents. I held an internal role of ‘Intranet Author’ to prepare and update the information on the local intranet site through the platform SharePoint. Update social media and co-ordinate communications. Arrange meetings, take notes in meetings and manage my diary. Use MS packages e.g. word and excel to create and edit documents.
