    • Coordinated an 8-week social entrepreneurship programme to facilitate the empowerment of 45 students in starting up 17 sustainable businesses with a ‘human-centred design’ focus, aiming to solving problems in local communities. • Liaised with key stakeholders through weekly newsletter updates. • Ran a conference attended by over 300 investors, incubators and business experts, at least 5 of whom gave financial investment or mentorship to the start-up businesses. • Responsible for ensuring the effective running of the course and writing the Monitoring and Evaluation Report to assess the impact of the course and to be presented to key stakeholders and handover partners. • Currently improving alumni engagement by building an alumni database, writing newsletters and organising training events.

Investigated immigration cases by liaising with legal department and corresponding with US Control Citizenship and Immigration Services and US Embassies across the world. • Organized a Syrian Refugee Resettlement Meeting attended by 40 representatives of local charities and interest groups. • Researched and compiled data and statistics on income distribution in Massachusetts used by Senator Warren at her upcoming talk.

Year 2: Completed modules in Comparative Politics, History of Political Thought from c.1700-c.1890, Ethics and World Politics and Anthropology of Post-Socialist Societes. Year 3: Completed modules in Conflict and Peacebuilding, Conceptual Issues and Texts in Politics and International Relations, Political Philosophy and the History of Political Thought since c.1890, and I wrote a dissertation entitled 'The role of "Illegal Immigration" in American Electoral Politics 1986-2016'.
