I have worked on two projects for Jam Creative Studios. The first was a project called 'Secrets of the High Woods' which was an exhibition for the South Downs National Park. The exhibition included AR and VR minigames and interactive pieces. I was tasked with recreating what the site and characters would look like in several different time periods including Neolithic, Bronze/Iron Age, Medieval, WW1 and WW2. The idea being that guests of the park would be able to explore the different periods and gather a better understanding of what these places looked like and how the people lived.
The second project was called 'Boats of Every Description'. This was an interactive experience created for the National Waterways Museum. I was tasked for creating an environment for a minigame using VR. The game was a simple, fun and effective way of teaching users how people historically used a certain type of boat and rocked back and forth breaking up the ice, allowing safe passage for others. The project in its entirety was nominated for the Innovation Award at the Museums and Heritage Awards.
