- The First Quarter..This is my own project and my first property renovation! This project included a complete renovation of the space which saw the walls brought back to bare brick throughout and rebuilt. I managed every part of the process from spatial planning, room design, flooring, fabrics and coverings for every aspect and through to ff&e and completion.
