Hey, my name is Rianna. I am a Graphic and Media Design student at UAL: London College of Communication.
Graphic design has given me a voice and space in a world where I would otherwise feel forgotten and ignored. I love being able to express my interests and ideas through storytelling in a range of ways from illustration to motion graphics. I am hardworking, creative and determined. Although I am often focused on studies, I also like to spend time exploring my other interests which include poetry, theatre, creative writing, fine art and the humanities.
Design has the power to influence the future through creativity, sustainability and social change. I want to be a part of that change.
Projects
- Typo/Graphic ActionA 30 second sequence showcases text in a new expressive way. The chosen text was extracted from The Amber Spyglass. It was then filtered to just 20 words that were interpreted through type, motion and sound. Created using After Effects and Premiere Pro as I learned new motion graphics skills and explored different effects within the software.
