About me
I’ve worked as a designer for various different companies; from a small start up to an established social media management company, covering a wide range of disciplines including design & illustration, animation and video. My roles required me to use my confidence and initiative, artistic integrity and passion for all things creative; these elements are important for me to have within a job role and this is a catalyst for my love of the creative sector. I also love the atmosphere within a creative studio, I feel it’s important to have that sense of ‘family’ and comfort so that creativity has the ability to flow.
I graduated from Norwich University of the Arts in 2013 with a degree in Illustration. I am keen to expand my creative skills I learnt there and put them to good use. In addition to this I have recently been sub-contracting in a multi-disciplinary role for a high end handbag retailer primarily consisting of web design, this was something completely challenging for me but having done a course online and creating my first HTML and CSS designed website I have now been able to add this creative skill set to my portfolio.

This involved working to briefs with strict deadlines, creating all the designs for the clients and communicating regularly with my colleagues to ensure that the clients were satisfied and the work was of a high standard. The clients ranged from musicians to corporate companies . Like my previous role at The Audience, the content was specifically for social media.

Working as the creative directors assistant, I produced the designs for their social and online marketing content, organised and assisted in the photoshoots for their FW16 campaign and continuously researched current trends within fashion and design.
