  • • Managing the recruitment process across the entire business, supporting all Hiring Managers with the recruitment and the talent selection process • Oversee the approvals process for all vacancies and making sure correct authorisation is in place • Write/review and post adverts on MATCHESFASHION.COM careers page and any other appropriate job boards • Managing all adverts on LinkedIn and improving upon recruitment through the use of social media • Proactively headhunt talent into the business and preempt/map future vacancies • Managing the daily upkeep of the recruitment inbox and responding to/organising all applications • Screen applicant’s CVs for suitability prior to forwarding to Hiring Managers, identifying skills that match appropriately with our vacancies • Arrange interviews and collate feedback from Hiring Managers and ensure that feedback is provided to all candidates • Proactively manage the implementation of the new Applicant Tracking System building an internal talent pool/database of relevant candidates • Liaising on a regular basis with all Hiring Managers and continue building strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure the hiring process is adhered to in a timely manor • Regular store visits to keep on top of recruitment needs and training • Plan and take ownership of the seasonal Recruitment Open Day at Welbeck St. • Plan and project future changes and improvements to the Recruitment process • Oversee internship programme throughout the company (looked after by the HR Business Partner)
