I’m a professional and proficient Talent Acquisition Manager with vast experience across the Media, Luxury, Retail, Ecommerce and Hospitality industries. I am currently driving the talent and attraction agenda at Getty Images, Globally.
In my last role at Ralph Lauren, I was looking after the UK market. Working in an omnichannel environment exposed me to the full retail, outlet, eCommerce and wholesale divisions.
Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at the award-winning SUSHISAMBA® and Duck & Waffle restaurants, shaping the Talent Acquisition strategy for established London locations, and focusing on expansion for new UK venues, including Piccadilly and Covent Garden; including the most recent opening in Amsterdam.
Another strategic post was with one of the most influential luxury e-commerce MATCHESFASHION.COM. I took the company from 200+ employees to just under 500 within 18 months, upscaling key departments, including Tech, eCommerce, Buying, Merchandising, and Creative.
Early professional appointments saw me within some high profile fashion agencies, including 24 Seven and Freedom Recruitment; working on key accounts and partnering with influential fashion groups including Kering, LVMH, Richemont and Prada Group, alongside smaller boutique and niche brands.
I’m an organised and effective problem solver; service-oriented, creative and solution-focused; good listener and negotiator with a flexible working style. I’m a quick learner, disciplined and trustworthy.

My role also has a focus on the driving the Talent Acquisition projects (Project Management) and workstreams, concentrating on improving the efficiency and quality of both our projects and processes.
