I run Brightful, an award-winning change agency specialising in brand, digital and culture problem solving for the Healthtech and Fintech sectors. I also co-founded a not-for-profit social enterprise, called Winchester Creatives that helps under 25-year-olds to 'get in and get on' in the creative industry. I won a 'Marketing Can Change the World' Achievement and Challenger Award from The Drum in 2017. This was for a digital product and mobile app I created for Ther Drum Do It Day, called Searchlight, that helped police find missing persons faster using IBM Watson Cognitive services.
