    A counter culture lifestyle and apparel brand with a global distribution and an e-commerce site as well as concept stores in 6 cities. • Developed the brand’s EMEA pop-up strategy, estimated to lead to a 31% increase in 2019 EBIT. • Oversaw the implementation of a summer pop-up in Amsterdam, which has led to the creation of a joint venture and the planned Q2 2019 opening of a permanent retail store and café. • Built a framework for future pop-ups and revenue projections for two further openings and presented my findings to shareholders and senior management. • Established a framework to assess the long term impact of a drive toward direct to consumer sales based on rigorous data analysis across metrics such as customer lifetime value. • Created a new communications strategy to maximise awareness of commercial endeavours across the EMEA region.

    A not-for-profit that seeks to eradicate food waste through its redistribution of surplus food to local charities and community groups across Ireland and the UK. • Liaised with COO and Head of Charity Engagement to develop the scope of the project and fully understand the underlying problems hindering self-sufficiency from operating income. • Evaluated Ireland’s largest redistribution network, analyzing customer data across over 200 charities and developing financial models to create a new membership model for ordering, receiving and paying for surplus food. • Presented recommendations to FoodCloud CEO and other senior executives, projecting a 17% revenue growth, 50% reduction in order time and a clear and defined pathway to operational self-sufficiency within five years.
