Head OF Design
Maxim World Ltd design and produce bespoke products for the luxury hospitality market. As Head of design my responsibilities were:
- Overseeing a team of 3-4 designers and ensuring fast completion of product concepts for clients.
- Attending client meetings/briefings with director
.
- Managing concept generation work with further requirements from production team.
- Overseeing regular submissions of promotional material for magazines and newsletters.
- Interviewing, recruiting and training new members to the design team
Designer

Maxim World Ltd design and produce bespoke products for the luxury hospitality market. Their client list includes the biggest 5-Star hotels around the globe. As a product designer my role involved:
- Producing new and innovative product concept visuals.
- Completing several client presentations per day.
- Developing concept visuals to manufactured products.
- Producing promotional material for magazine adverts and editorials.
- Sole responsibility for in-house product photography.
