About me
I’m Rich, I’m tall and I’m a Digital Project/Account Manager. For the past 2 years I’ve been the lead PM at Fist of Fury, an integrated creative agency based in Borough. I led on all things digital in the agency. This involved a lot of website builds, digital campaigns and website optimisation projects. As the resident digital guru I worked with many development houses and freelancers, crafting solutions on: Wordpress, Drupal, Contentful and Prismic. During the course of my career I’ve developed skills in user experience design. I completed a course in this at General Assembly at the end of last year, improving my user research and user testing skills. My main passions outside of work are music and street photography. I’m an avid record collector and enjoy attending live music events. Last year I invested in an intensive street photography course and have since spent my weekends around London with my camera capturing the energy of the city.

    Brought into Hex Studio as interim cover for the Operations Director. The company was in-between a studio move and a rebrand which required a lot of collateral producing, as well as a long list of client work which needed to be delivered. I came onboard and quickly got to grips with the clients and their requirements. Key Achievements - Managed the design & build of the Hex Studio website holding page. - Successfully delivered a campaign microsite for their client, The Advertising Association (TAA). - Managed a 3 minute graphical animation for a TAA event. - On boarded Harvest as a new operational tool. Skills Developed - Wireframed a microsite for the TAA Cannes Lions campaign. - Set up and ran weekly reporting for the TAA Cannes Lions microsite. - Researched and wireframed a new training portal for the IAB website and presented it to key stakeholders.

    I joined in 2017 as the first full time member of the team. Over the two years I helped grow the company to 9 full time salaried staff, delivering over £80k of monthly revenue. 50% of the companies annual revenue was digital and web based projects that I scoped, managed and delivered. Key Achievements - Ongoing business development for a small chippy agency. - Managed a £12k a month retainer for The Mortgage Lender. - Scoped, managed and delivered 9 websites. - Saw the The Mortgage Lender’s website conversions rise 50% over a 3 month period. - Designed the companies web process for other Project Managers to use. Skills Developed - Prince2 project management practices. - Managed the development of 2 websites as headless API driven applications. - Ran user experience workshops developing personas, empathy maps, and user journeys.

    In December 2018, I had the pleasure of taking part in the General Assembly immersive User Experience design course. It was an intense 6 days of learning throughout the day, then putting my new skills into a project during the evening. I created a handy app to help retrieve peoples lost items, which I presented to the class at the end of the week.
