About me
As the Senior Creative Video Production Manager at West Ham United Football Club. I am responsible for developing creative concepts for the in-house content team and commercial partners. Managing the production team to maintain the highest possible video standards to deliver content to inform, entertain, and expand our fanbase. Working with the video team to develop creative briefs that align with business objectives, audience data, and campaign goals. Forward planning of current and future projects to ensure resourcing is effective and the team is being utilised to their full potential.

    West Ham United Third Kit Launch 2020/21Using the club's younger fan base from East London to showcase the new kit. Soundtrack made by Sibandz, who is a singer and rapper from Mile End, East London. Before becoming a singer and rapper, Sibandz spent several years as a music engineer during which he crafted his unique melodic sound.

    • Plan and manage the effective delivery of video content across all West Ham United’s media channels • Researching and contributing to the overall content strategy to include all platforms • Responsible for managing the delivery of the International Programme Block to the club’s broad-cast partners and for ensuring it meets the broadcaster and audience needs • Liaising and collaborating with all departments of West Ham United to ensure that content objec-tives and standards are reached • Managing the curation of video content across all platforms, ensuring it reaches the target audi-ence via the most applicable delivery method • Liaise with internal club departments to ensure the media department reflects the wider club ob-jectives • Work with internal club departments to deliver on briefs to support internal communications and commercial objectives • Establishing and maintaining external media relationships such as with Sky, BBC and the Premier League • Leading the planning and execution of ‘Club Day’ filming • Managing the video team to ensure all shoots and edits are resourced to requirements
