About me
The Rig Out is a creative collective that includes Andy Bird, James Bowthorpe, Antony Crook and Glenn Kitson. Working with some of the biggest and best brands in fashion, menswear and sports performance clothing, they have gradually built a reputation for innovative forward thinking work that includes film, photography, design and creative strategy. Clients include Nike, adidas, Reebok, Mr Porter, Timberland, Rapha, Converse, Stone Island, Tate Britain, Mogwai and many more. Ranging from straight up advertising campaigns to providing brand content and editorial to look books and brand books and even music videos. The Rig Out works with some of the world’s most established photographers, directors, copywriters, artists and musicians to produce unique bespoke content. In short, The Rig Out is like the A Team. There’s a grumpy one who doesn’t like flying, a “crazy” one who is obviously sane, one who can rustle up a sports car or loads of paint no problem and another guy who does a lot of planning. Together they get the job done. Along with their commercial work, the Rig Out also produces a magazine that focuses on their interests and obsessions – music, style, and culture “The Rig Out is an international lifestyle magazine that focuses on men’s culture, music, art and style." The Rig Out is sold in some the worlds most respected boutiques including - Beams Tokyo, Oi Polloi Manchester, Present London, WP Lavori Milan and Florence, Nepenthes New York along with many more. The Rig Out communicates with a certain type of guy who knows what he’s into, likes to spend money on clothes and knows his Pirlo alongside his Basquiat” Regular contributors include Ewen Spencer, Gary Warnett, Nick Griffiths, Matthias Connor and many more.

Reebok 'Start of Something'Following on from the 2014 release of “Give Me Your Classics…”, a gritty indie film telling the story of living for the future and the impact of now, Reebok Classic continues to develop its series of work with The RigOut and RSA Films, this time bringing the Classic heritage story to the US. In support of the Reebok Ventilator’s 25th anniversary this year, Reebok Classic takes to the streets of New York to tell a story of opportunity, possibility and new beginnings, reliving the brand’s development in the States during the 90’s. The film documents a young Northern lad heading stateside in search of new beginnings, looking to discover what America has to offer. Set to the backdrop of Manhattan and framed by the Gowanus projects in Brooklyn, our protagonist finds the answer to his question and fulfils his destiny. This inspirational film is created with an aspirational creative direction that reflects Reebok Classic’s heritage as a pioneering product brand, celebrating the past, present and future of British youth culture. The collaboration with The Rigout and RSA films materialised through a mutual creative vision to create cutting edge short films that bring the Reebok Classic brand story to life. “This Is The Start Of Something” focuses on a man’s journey through life with the transition of moving cities, developing themes of identity and belonging. As part of the overall campaign, Reebok will be rewarding a young creative the chance to fulfil their creative dreams. Follow Reebok Classic on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram for more information on how to be a part of this unique and exciting opportunity, working with one of the most powerful brands in the history of footwear. The film supports the third release of the Reebok Classic OG Ventilator that is available at Reebok.com and select retailers worldwide. #thisISthestart #thisISclassic #UK #US #NYC
