Vectone is a fast growing international mobile operator headquartered in London, with operations in 10 countries.
Marketing:
• Leading and mentoring Digital Marketing and SEO teams
• Managing the creative services / design department
• Overseeing design and approval of all advertising (ATL/BTL/POS/Digital/TV/Radio etc.)
• Managing over 30 websites and all digital marketing assets (LPs/Banners etc)
• Defining the technology road-map to improve marketing.
• Developing new pricing and preposition models
• CRM/Drip Email/Marketing Automation/ Analytics/ Social CRM / CMS
• Driving the Brand and Communication strategy across all brands and geographies
• Delivering customer retention and revenue growth targets
Product management:
• In charge of Product Road-map and management of all our existing products as well new product development
• Designed and Launched Vectone APP (IOS and Android) across all 10 Vectone Countries
• Launched Vectone Business (Unified Communication) in Vectone’s bid to diversify into SME market
• Re-Launched ChilliTalk brand and redesigned Chillitalk APPs (VOIP)
• Upgraded and modernized the entire BSS stack of Vectone including CRM, Customer My accounts, Card Payments setup, Re-seller Management system, Activation System etc.
• Built a 25 strong offshore Product management and QA team in a bid to diversify our product portfolio and improve the quality of our services
Head of Online Marketing & Sales

In charge of Online Marketing and Customer acquisition for our wide portfolio of telecom products and brands globally. Directly in charge of end-to-end planning and launch of our mobile services in new countries as we expand from both Product and Marketing perspective.
• Led the online acquisition campaigns across 10 countries in over 25 languages
• Led, mentored and trained a 25 member multicultural online marketing team
• Managed all external agency relations
• Designed and Launched the Delight Mobile Brand in UK, NL and Austria
• Led a complete re-branding and re-positioning campaign across all our markets and Brought fresh ideas and innovation in pricing and preposition
• Managed all media buying activity across all channels (Clear Channel, CBS, Online, Print, airports, TV etc.)
• Strategized a number of highly successful integrated advertising campaigns for the brand in all markets across digital, print, outdoors, TV and transport
• Led some of the most successful cross channel customer acquisition campaigns within the company till date.
• Build and Managed a fully functional creative services department to produce the full range of branding and advertising collateral in-house
• Managed the web development team to deliver re-branded websites across 10 counties in multiple languages in record timelines
